💖 About Your Bowbeads Party

Let us take the pressure off so you can enjoy your daughter’s special day too! Bowbeads mobile jewellery-making parties offer a calm, creative, and fun-filled experience – all in the comfort of your own home or chosen venue.

Before the Party
I’ll arrive 15–20 minutes before the start time to set up everything needed. Jewellery-making equipment will be arranged on tables or sideboards (where available), within easy reach of the children. Each child will have their own place setting, complete with a beading mat to keep beads in place and protect your surfaces.

During the Party
Children often become fully absorbed in the activity, creating a peaceful and focused atmosphere. This gives parents, grandparents, and carers time to prepare party food – or even join in the fun! Everyone is welcome to take part.

After the Activity
Once the children have finished, they can either wear their jewellery straight away or pop their creations into a pretty organza gift bag, labelled with their name and ready to take home.

What You Provide

• A table and enough space for all children to sit comfortably

• Optional: background music to help create a relaxed, creative vibe

Timings
Activity duration listed in the party options are guidelines – every child is different! I’ll always aim to stay until each child has completed their jewellery.

Location & Travel
I’m based in South West York and offer free travel within a 15-mile radius of the York ring road. If you're located further afield, I’m still happy to host your party – a small mileage charge will apply, which I’ll confirm during your initial enquiry.
